Exchange, Return & Refund Policy
At Stridelux, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our Exchange, Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy carefully before placing your order
🔁 Exchange Policy
• Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery. • Any variant (size, color, or style) can be exchanged. • Only one exchange is allowed per order. • First exchange is FREE. • For any additional exchange, ₹200 courier charges will be borne by the customer. • Product must be unused, unworn, in original condition with box and tags intact.
🔄 Return Policy
• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. • Products must be unused, unworn, and returned with original box and tags intact. • Return pickup is not provided. • Customers are required to ship the product back as per instructions shared by our support team.
💸 Refund Policy
• Refunds are processed after the returned product is received and inspected. • Refunds are completed within 3–5 working days after receiving the goods. • Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method. • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers must share UPI ID or bank account details. • COD charges are refundable. • No shipping or restocking fees are deducted.

• Sale or discounted products • Clearance products
📦 Damaged or Wrong Product Policy
• Issues must be reported within 3 days of delivery. • Customers must provide an unboxing video and clear photos. • Resolution will be provided in the form of a replacement or refund after verification.
❌ Cancellation Policy
• Orders can be cancelled before shipment only. • If the order is already shipped, a ₹100 cancellation fee will be charged.
