โ€ข Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery. โ€ข Any variant (size, color, or style) can be exchanged. โ€ข Only one exchange is allowed per order. โ€ข First exchange is FREE. โ€ข For any additional exchange, โ‚น200 courier charges will be borne by the customer. โ€ข Product must be unused, unworn, in original condition with box and tags intact.

๐Ÿ”„ Return Policy

โ€ข Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. โ€ข Products must be unused, unworn, and returned with original box and tags intact. โ€ข Return pickup is not provided. โ€ข Customers are required to ship the product back as per instructions shared by our support team.

๐Ÿ’ธ Refund Policy

โ€ข Refunds are processed after the returned product is received and inspected. โ€ข Refunds are completed within 3โ€“5 working days after receiving the goods. โ€ข Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method. โ€ข For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers must share UPI ID or bank account details. โ€ข COD charges are refundable. โ€ข No shipping or restocking fees are deducted.

โ€ข Issues must be reported within 3 days of delivery. โ€ข Customers must provide an unboxing video and clear photos. โ€ข Resolution will be provided in the form of a replacement or refund after verification.

โŒ Cancellation Policy

โ€ข Orders can be cancelled before shipment only. โ€ข If the order is already shipped, a โ‚น100 cancellation fee will be charged.
